I’m Suo, an independent software engineer. Clients work directly with the engineer doing the technical work, from the first assessment through to the documented handover.
My focus is understanding an existing system before changing it. That means looking beyond the visible request to the application's dependencies, data flows, environment, deployment path, and the people who rely on it.
Reliable delivery depends on clear scope, sensible testing, and a practical handover. The objective is not a grand promise about software; it is a useful, considered improvement that the business can operate after the work is complete.
